The best intercooler solution on the market for the Volvo C30 S40 V50 C70 Turbo 2004-13! The package contains do88's in-house developed performance intercooler and high-flow charge pipes. This package is intended for those with high power targets who want to upgrade to the very best. Simply switching to our performance intercooler is already a huge improvement, but together with our charge pipes the improvement becomes enormous. Our charge pipes flow considerably better than the original pipes, which has been verified both in the car and on our own SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench. The intercooler is built with CAD-designed, flow-optimised cast end tanks and a carefully selected core to achieve the best possible cooling together with the lowest possible pressure drop! The charge pipe is made from 2.5" extruded aluminium tube, mandrel-bent in one piece to the correct shape! Specially designed silicone hoses of the highest quality with 4-layer polyester/aramid reinforcement to cope with high temperatures and pressures.
