Everything we hold in our own warehouse is dispatched within 24 business hours. Below is the full list of delivery and payment methods together with their costs — no asterisks, no small print.

Free delivery from 500,00 PLN. The threshold is calculated from the value of the goods in the basket, after discounts and excluding the shipping cost. It applies to courier and parcel locker delivery.
Payment methods
Online payments
- Przelewy24, Tpay, PayU — instant transfer, BLIK and payment card. The payment is usually credited within a few minutes and the order starts automatically.
- The payment operator is an independent entity — card details never reach our servers.
Ordinary bank transfer
- We send the transfer details by e-mail together with the order confirmation.
- Account number: PL00 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000. The order number alone is enough as the transfer title.
- Dispatch takes place once the payment has been credited — depending on the bank, from a few hours to two business days.
Cash on delivery
- An extra 5,00 PLN is added to the order value.
- Payment to the courier — in cash or by card, depending on the terminal the driver carries.
- Cash on delivery cannot be combined with personal collection.
Lead times
- Goods from our warehouse — dispatch within 24 business hours of the payment being credited.
- Goods ordered in from a supplier — the lead time stated on the product page, usually 2–5 business days. If anything slips, we call or write before you have to ask.
- Made-to-measure components — the lead time is agreed individually at the quotation stage, usually 5–14 business days.
Oversized shipments
Complete exhaust systems and components longer than 120 cm are shipped in a courier tube as a non-standard parcel. We state the cost of such a shipment before the order is confirmed — never after the fact.
Damaged parcel
Check the parcel in the presence of the courier. If the box is damaged, draw up a damage report and take photographs, then write to us at sklep@bizongarage.pl. The report is not a condition for handling a complaint, but it shortens the whole procedure considerably.
Legal note: the sales contract is concluded with a Polish seller, BizonGarage, and is governed by Polish law. This English text is a translation provided for convenience — in the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version of this document prevails.
