Our projects

Every part is built on the car, not on a drawing. Below are projects that went the whole way: measurements, bending, TIG welding, test fitting and a leak test.

Skoda Superb III 2.0 TSI — exhaust from the turbo back Exhaust systems Skoda Superb III 2.0 TSI, 2017

Skoda Superb III 2.0 TSI — exhaust from the turbo back

76 mm catless downpipe, straight-pipe mid-section, rear silencer with a valve.

Result

Pressure drop behind the turbo lower by about 40%, no droning at 2200 rpm.

Lead time
9 working days
Material
304 stainless steel, TIG welds
Downpipe production — a batch for the EA888 gen3 Downpipes and catalysts Volkswagen / Audi / Skoda, EA888 gen3 engines

Downpipe production — a batch for the EA888 gen3

In-house laser-cut flanges, 3D mandrel-bent elbow, bungs for the lambda sensor and the pressure sensor.

Result

A repeatable part developed from a test fit — bolts onto the car with no adjustments, fully aligned with the factory hanger.

Lead time
batch of 10 pieces / 3 weeks
Material
304 stainless steel, 8 mm flanges
100 cpsi sports catalyst in a downpipe Downpipes and catalysts BMW 335i N54

100 cpsi sports catalyst in a downpipe

100 cpsi metallic core in a 76 mm housing, relocated lambda sensor, heat shielding of the section next to the gearbox.

Result

No catalyst efficiency fault after the adaptation, tunnel temperature lower by more than ten degrees.

Lead time
4 working days
Material
Metallic core, 304 housing
Complete made-to-measure stainless exhaust Exhaust systems Audi S3 8V

Complete made-to-measure stainless exhaust

76 mm mid-section, main silencer with reduced damping, polished 2x102 mm tips.

Result

System weight lower by 6.4 kg against the factory one, no knocking against the floor on speed bumps.

Lead time
11 working days
Material
304 stainless steel, polished tips
Hybrid turbocharger installation Forced induction Volkswagen Golf VII GTI

Hybrid turbocharger installation

Adaptation of a larger turbo, new oil and water lines, reinforced pressure hose, downpipe fitted to match.

Result

Full boost about 600 rpm lower, stable pressure up to the rev limiter.

Lead time
2 weeks
Material
Braided lines, steel flanges

Cannot see your car on the list?

We also make parts to measure for models that are not in the gallery. Describe the car and the goal, and we will come back with a quote and a realistic date — usually the same working day.
