Made to measure

Custom orders

Off-the-shelf parts do not always fit — for an older model, after an engine swap or at an unusual power level the part has to be built from scratch. That is our daily work.

How it works, step by step

No deposit up front and no guesswork pricing. First we agree on the scope, only then does the figure appear — and that figure does not change unless you extend the job yourself.

  1. Talk and quote

You describe the car and the goal. We come back with a price range and a date — free of charge, with no obligation.

    within 24 h
  2. Design and measurements

We take measurements on the car or from reference photos. We settle the diameters, the pipe routing and the sensor positions.

    1-3 days
  3. Fabrication

Bending, TIG welding under argon shielding, laser-cut flanges. 304 stainless steel, or 321 for the hot sections.

    5-14 days
  4. Fitting and testing

Test fit on the car, hanger adjustment, leak test. You drive away with a finished, properly aligned system.

What we take on
  • Downpipes with or without a sports catalyst, with full sensor adaptation
  • Complete exhaust systems in 304 stainless steel, with silencers matched to the character of the car
  • Installations of larger turbochargers together with the piping and lines
  • Intercoolers, oil coolers and rebuilding the front end for cooling
  • Repairs of cracked manifolds and of parts that can no longer be bought
What we do not do
  • Removing diesel particulate filters and catalysts in cars registered for use on public roads
  • Work that rules out passing the roadworthiness test — we say so plainly before we start
  • Quotes without seeing the car or photos, when the scope requires measurements on that particular vehicle

Made-to-measure parts are sold for track and competition use. Responsibility for compliance with road traffic regulations rests with the owner of the car.

You will find the engine code in the vehicle registration document or on the valve cover.
The pipe diameters and the choice of catalyst core depend on it.
