This hose clamp is made from stainless steel (AISI 430) with an additional matt black finish that further increases its corrosion resistance. Thanks to this finish the clamp is very discreet in appearance, which often makes it a favourite in motorsport. The unique design of the clamp housing and the high-strength screw give the Mikalor W3 (stainless) hose clamp excellent strength while remaining very compact and easy to work with. This hose clamp is intended specifically for use in the automotive sector. The cold-rolled, embossed 9 mm band with a smooth underside, combined with the rolled edges, protects the hose from damage. This hose clamp complies with the DIN 3017 standard and EU directive 2002/95/EC. (*) It is recommended to apply up to 75% of the maximum values in the table.
