do88 is proud to present our in-house developed turbo inlet hoses for the Porsche 997.2 Turbo! - The hoses are larger than the originals, which lets them flow a full 26% more (see the diagram below). At their narrowest point the hoses are 2.5" (63 mm). - Gentle bends and transitions for optimal flow. - A very smooth interior for optimal flow. - Very good thermal properties; they do not transfer heat from the engine bay. - The hoses are reinforced with stainless steel wire to cope with very high power outputs without collapsing. Developing improved turbo inlet hoses for the 997.2 Turbo was a real challenge. Space is completely lacking, which makes it very difficult to fit a larger inlet hose. To succeed we had to make minor compromises: the hoses do not have clearance everywhere, so in some places they rest against insensitive surfaces. The Porsche 911 turbo. That immortal icon.
