do88 racing oil cooler for the Toyota Yaris GR! Advantages of the do88 racing oil cooler: - Setrab SlimLine oil cooler with a large cooling area. - Specially designed brackets. - Motorsport-grade PTFE hoses with crimped fittings and the correct fittings at every point to avoid unnecessary joints/adapters. - Sandwich adapter with thermostat (opening temperature 80°C). - Oil temperature reduced by approximately 20°C under hard driving! Designed to be fitted between the do88 intercooler and the radiator. It can also be fitted with the original intercooler as described in the instructions. This do88 oil cooler kit has been developed to keep the oil temperature at a good level even under hard load. This is needed because an excessively high oil temperature is directly harmful to the engine, and under hard load without the do88 oil cooler the oil temperature rises to far too high levels and simply keeps climbing! With the do88 oil cooler in place in the same scenario, the oil temperature settles at a considerably lower and more stable level. In our tests the do88 racing oil cooler has reduced the oil temperature by approximately 20°C. The oil cooler was designed to fit perfectly together with the do88 performance intercooler, but it can be fitted with the original intercooler if that is moved forward slightly in accordance with the fitting instructions. Fitting this oil cooler together with another aftermarket intercooler also works, as long as the intercooler can be mounted so that there is a gap of at least 42mm between the intercooler and the radiator. This product is supplied with everything needed for straightforward installation. Bolts, washers, hoses, brackets, clamps, air guides and fitting instructions are of course included.
