The absolute best intercooler solution on the market for the Toyota Yaris GR! The kit contains do88's own performance intercooler and charge pipe kit. This kit is intended for those with high power targets who want to upgrade to the absolute best! “Just” switching to our performance intercooler is a huge improvement in itself. Together with our charge pipe the improvement becomes enormous. Our charge pipe flows considerably better than the original, which we have verified both in the car and on our own SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench. This BigPack consists of an intercooler made entirely from aluminium together with a complete kit of 2" and 2 1/8" aluminium charge pipes and silicone hoses. The kit replaces everything between the turbocharger and the throttle body and therefore gives drastically improved flow and cooling compared with the original. The intercooler is built with CAD-designed, flow-optimised cast end tanks and a carefully selected core, to achieve the best possible cooling together with the lowest possible pressure drop! The charge pipes are made from extruded 2" and 2 1/8" aluminium tubing, mandrel-bent into the correct shape! Specially designed silicone hoses of the highest quality with 4-layer polyester/aramid reinforcement to withstand high temperatures and pressures. It is worth bearing in mind that the original intercooler and its charge pipes were designed for the power the car had as standard. When power is raised, or the car is used very hard even in standard form, their performance is no longer sufficient.
