do88 performance turbo inlet designed for a drop-in fit in your BMW M2C / M3 / M4 F8X! The twin-turbo S55 engine fitted in the BMW M2C / M3 / M4 F8X has turbo inlets that are fairly restrictive. Reducing the restrictions on the inlet side of the turbochargers is definitely an advantage when putting together a performance build. With our performance turbo inlets we offer a solution that minimises the restrictions immediately before the turbo inlets! To obtain an exact 3D model of the available space in which to design our turbo inlets, we made a detailed 3D scan of the engine bay of our own BMW M3 Competition. Being able to work in the 3D-scanned model made it possible for us to design turbo inlets with better flow in this very confined space. Our final product is a kit containing turbo inlets for both the front and the rear turbocharger. Our rear turbo inlet consists of a specially designed aluminium pipe with a welded, CNC-machined radiused flange that connects to the turbocharger. Our front turbo inlet consists of a free-form designed, steel-wire-reinforced silicone hose that connects to the turbocharger with a CNC-machined radiused adapter. For a neat, discreet look we include matt black hose clamps.
