Affiliate programme terms

In force since 01.01.2026. The programme is operated by BizonGarage, ul. Przykładowa 1, 00-000 Warszawa, VAT ID 0000000000.

§1. Joining the programme

  1. Any adult or company can become an affiliate after creating a shop account and submitting an application.
  2. We usually review applications within one business day. A refusal needs no justification, but we always give a reason.
  3. Taking part is free of charge and does not require exclusivity.
  4. The affiliate is responsible for taxing the commissions received, in line with the form of business they run.

§2. The referral and its validity

  1. Once the application is accepted, the affiliate receives an individual referral code and links containing that code.
  2. A visit from the link is stored in a cookie for 30 days. An order placed within that time is assigned to the affiliate.
  3. Last click wins: if the customer arrives through another affiliate link, the assignment moves to that affiliate.
  4. Clearing cookies or switching browser or device breaks the assignment. That is a technical limit, not a decision of the shop.

§3. Commission

  1. The standard rate is 5,00% of the value of a referred order. Individual rates and exceptions for selected categories are agreed in writing.
  2. The commission is calculated on the value of the products ordered. Shipping cost is not part of the basis.
  3. Orders below 50,00 zł earn no commission.
  4. The maximum commission from a single order is 500,00 zł.
  5. A commission can never exceed the shop margin on the given order. On low-margin products the amount is reduced, and the reason is shown in the panel next to that commission.
  6. The commission arises the moment the order is paid for, not the moment it is placed.

§4. Commission statuses

  1. In holding period — for 14 days from payment the returns and complaints window runs.
  2. Approved — the holding period is over and the order has not been cancelled. The commission joins the payout pool.
  3. Paid out — covered by a completed bank transfer.
  4. Cancelled — the order was cancelled or returned, or a rule-based block was triggered.

§5. Payouts

  1. A payout can be requested once at least 200,00 zł of approved commissions has been accumulated.
  2. A request covers all approved commissions not included in earlier settlements.
  3. We make the transfer within 14 business days of approving the request, to the account given by the affiliate.
  4. Only one request can be processed at a time.
  5. Companies are settled against an invoice, private individuals against a bill for a contract of work or mandate; we prepare the document once the request is approved.

§6. Prohibited forms of promotion

  1. Placing orders from the affiliate's own account or e-mail address (including variants with dots and a "+" suffix).
  2. Generating artificial traffic: bots, click exchanges, scripts refreshing links.
  3. Paid search advertising on the shop name and phrases close to it.
  4. Registering domains confusingly similar to bizongarage.pl and impersonating the shop in correspondence.
  5. Publishing discount codes on coupon sites without the operator's consent.
  6. Spam in private messages, comments and groups where such promotion is prohibited.

§7. Breaches

  1. On suspicion of a breach the affiliate account is suspended and payouts are held until the matter is cleared up.
  2. A confirmed breach means cancelling the commissions it produced and removal from the programme.
  3. The affiliate may appeal by e-mail to sklep@bizongarage.pl within 14 days.

§8. Personal data

  1. The data controller is the shop operator. We process the data in order to settle the programme.
  2. Click statistics are stored without full IP addresses — only irreversible hashes are kept, and they do not identify the visitor.
  3. Settlement data is kept for the period required by tax law.

§9. Changes to the terms

  1. We announce changes to rates or rules by e-mail 14 days in advance.
  2. Commissions accrued before a change are settled on the previous terms.
  3. The programme may be closed with one month's notice; accumulated commissions are paid out regardless of the threshold.
