About us

Last updated: 13.09.2026

BizonGarage is a workshop and a store in one. We are not a wholesaler with a catalogue glued together from somebody else's descriptions — most of what we sell we have previously fitted or manufactured ourselves.

The workshop

We started with a lift and a TIG welder. We build exhaust systems, downpipes, turbo conversions and charge cooling. We work on the car, not on a drawing — every component is test-fitted before it goes out to a customer or enters series production.

We weld under argon shielding, from 304 stainless steel, and 321 in the hottest sections. Flanges are laser-cut from 8 mm plate, because thinner ones can warp after a few heat cycles and stop holding the gasket.

In-house downpipe production

The downpipe is our starting point. It began with a single piece for our own car; today we build series for popular engines — EA888, N54, K04 and derivatives. Every series is based on a prototype fitted to an actual car, so installation requires no improvising with hangers or cutting on the spot.

  • mandrel bending — the pipe cross-section does not change through the bend, so flow does not suffer at the elbows,
  • lambda sensor and pressure sensor bosses in the position agreed with whoever writes the software,
  • versions with a 100 or 200 cpsi sport catalyst and catless versions intended for track use,
  • thermal insulation of the sections running close to the gearbox and the wiring.

Technical advice

Before we sell anything, we ask about the car: model year, engine code, what has already been done and what the goal is. If a part makes no sense in your configuration, we will say so plainly — even when it means you buy nothing. Cheaper than a disappointed customer's return and more honest than a forced sale.

We are also open about the consequences: which solutions are suitable for the track only, what an inspector will see at the technical test and which components require a software recalibration. The decision belongs to the owner of the car, but it should be taken with full knowledge.

How we work

  1. Conversation — you describe the car and the goal, we come back with specifics and a price range.
  2. Quotation — free of charge, with no obligation, with a realistic lead time rather than “sometime next month”.
  3. Build — with ongoing contact; on longer projects we send photographs of the work in progress.
  4. Collection — test fit, leak test and a walkthrough of what to watch out for in daily use.
